Trends change fast — blonding formulas, extension methods, men’s cutting, curl care. Our stylists complete ongoing education to stay current, and our associates are trained directly under senior stylists. That’s how we protect your hair health and keep our results consistent.

At The Cutting Edge, we use a level system to give every stylist a clear career path and to give every guest options. New stylists begin as Associates, training side-by-side with a Master Stylist. As demand and skill grow, so does their level and price point. This lets us keep experienced talent in-house while welcoming new talent to Waco.
